day1
Many of the day ones i started. But this time its concrete and i push myself to do it all. This is my workout diary so i hope noone reads it until i make a real progress. Since i dont use my blog which was full of so depressive things now its time to use it for smth good. Day 1 completed, its so fun when ur having ADHD ur brain loves even to trick u. In the middle of workouts i say myself oh great u did so good for 20 mins lets give up now. Oh so so stressy to handle me inside me sometimes. Im still a child inside and really acts like it. Whatever, i write this all down to focus, which is not a subject where i am good, but i thought n said, oh u stupid, u have masters, u gonna gave phd and u say oh i cannot do proper workouts?? what kinda shit person can produce this excuse? Me.! As long as u feel energic and young thats what u r. So dont let ur mind trick you. Its time to show up.
